Refund Policy

Because this is digital lifetime software access, purchases are generally final once an account has been activated and the software workspace has been accessed.

Refund requests may be reviewed if duplicate payment occurred, access was not delivered, a material billing error occurred, or the software access materially differs from the purchased plan description.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card and bank processing times commonly take 5-10 business days after the refund is submitted.
